Orgasmic. This is one of the best sandwiches I have ever eaten, hands down. It may not be incredibly photogenic, but what it lacks in beauty it more than makes up with in sheer flavor intensity.

Thanks! Honesty, I think just being able to try a po' boy for the first time and being able to help raise money for Katrina victims is a win, no matter how I end up in the competition. It's been a real treat to work on new things: pralines, gumbo and po' boys are all firsts for me and all were delicious. Can't wait to see what comes up next.
